Question & Answer Sessions
Each Thursday from 10 - 11 Eastern Time we have a question and answer period. This is optional and you are free to bring whatever Ayurveda questions you may have or just come to connect with other students and faculty. We are using Zoom to host the Q&A sessions.

Team Meetings
Teams will meet once a week for 45-60 minutes. Each team will determine its own meeting time. Teams will have weekly study questions/assignments. They will also help each other with study strategies. Here are the links for each team's Zoom meetings:
