My name is Shanti. As an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher, I have combined my years of training to offer a unique 6 Month Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching Program. By integrating Ayurveda's natural healing methods of diet and lifestyle, the Circle of Life coaching, yoga and Vedic astrology, this program delivers a holistic deep dive into your hidden passions, desires and areas of life that need the most attention. Together we'll design a program specific to your individual goals.

I also provide one on one consultations with the Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Consults. These consultations address any current health concerns or to work on prevention methods using natural alternatives. Throughout the year, I conduct seasonal Ayurvedic Lifestyle Workshops - Living with the Rhythms of Nature, focusing on the effect the seasons have on us and how we can remain in balance with Ayurveda.

6 Month Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching

2 Sessions a month for 6 months

This program is designed just for you. We will utilize the tools of Ayurveda as well as the Circle of Life Coaching to embrace your strengths and recognize what areas you want to focus on. What are your goals in your life? I will be your guide, coach and Soul Sister, to help you through your transformation. Build your own daily routine; integrating meditation, yoga, herbs, spices and nutrition so you can feel radiant, intuitive and fully alive!

One on One Consultations

These consults are scheduled as needed to address any of your current health concerns or to work on natural alternatives to discover new approaches to living a balanced, nourished and vibrant life. We will utilize the tools of Ayurveda to assess your needs, work on preventive methods and address current imbalances you may be encountering.
